Responsibilities

Inbound Lead Management: Promptly respond to inquiries from potential clients, ensuring a mutual fit, and guiding them through our service offerings.

Sales Execution: Grasp the unique marketing needs of the client, addressing their challenges through a consultative approach, and illustrating the benefits of Sora Media's suite of digital solutions.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work in tandem with internal teams such as content, analytics, and design to champion your client's goals and ensure the delivery of effective campaigns.

Account Management: Collaborate with internal departments to seamlessly onboard new clients and guarantee smooth handovers. Maintain consistent communication with clients to deliver stellar customer service and promptly address any concerns or feedback.

Pipeline Management: Diligently track and manage leads and opportunities using CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot, update records, and provide accurate sales projections to the leadership team.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development.

- Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or surpassing sales goals.

Salary Expectations

We offer a competitive compensation package with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) ranging between $150,000 to $200,000 annually. This package is designed to reflect the value we place on the expertise and dedication of our team members, and it's based on a mix of base salary and performance-driven incentives. We believe in rewarding exemplary performance, and as such, the potential for earning within this range is closely tied to individual achievements.
